CANCELLATION
At Rituals, we strive to provide prompt and effective service to all our valued clients. Please be aware that frequent cancellations significantly impact our ability to operate successfully. We maintain a full schedule to accommodate clients promptly, especially those in pain.
We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this timeframe, a 50% deposit will be retained. We appreciate advanced notice as it allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedule accordingly as well as respect the hired employees of the business.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are willing to work with you in such situations. However, repeat offenders will be issued a 2-strike warning and will be strictly enforced.

NO - SHOW
If you no-show your appointment a 100% fee will be charged. In rare circumstances will this be fully forgiven. We have experienced upwards of 20+ no shows in one month and had to implement this policy. A second time repeat of a non- show will receive a full a ban from booking at the spa! Thanks for understanding.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To maintain the tranquility of our spa environment, we kindly request that guests refrain from making or taking phone calls in both the common areas of the building and within the spa premises. This practice helps us uphold a serene atmosphere conducive to relaxation and wellness for all our visitors. Additionally, we encourage the limited use of electronic devices and ask guests to keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
